CGT & SAST, as the organizers will lead the visitor recruiting program to ensure that CHINA GEO-TECH is participated by members from the provincial bureaus of geology and mineral works and their subordinate geological survey team, engineering companies and other industry members.
ROADSHOWS:
China Geo-tech 2007 visitor recruitment campaign rolled out in Spring with roadshows in important social meetings such as, Shanghai Geophysical society, Shanghai City Geophysical Society, China Earthquake Administration, etc. The event was also promoted to AGRS, end user for remote censuring equipment and Institute of Physiochemical Education. The map of the roadshows will extend to provincial routes such as Guangdong, Guagxi, Yunnan; Sichuan, Chongqing, Hubei, Henan; Xinjiang, Qinghai, Ganzu, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia; Beijing, Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong; Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang; Jianxi; Fujian. Key events of trade associations such as, China Geophysical Society and Society of Trenchless Technology are also covered.
Direct mailing campaigns through email blasts will be launched to provide regular updates to target visitors.
High profile PR campaigns, covering both national and international on-line and off-line media.
Invitations to provincial government officials, government administrator and academic groups in urban development, geological works, mapping, public works, as well as resources exploration companies.
