Promotion Activities
The success of CHINA GEOTECH 2006 contributed a well feedback among the industry and gave a good foundation for CHINA GEO-TECH 2007 in which promotion activities are then emphasized and largely covered so that a comprehensive show information are provided to exhibitors.
Promotion Methods
- Press Conference in the early stage. This will be led by the China Geological Survey, inviting industry leaders, related associations and media etc for proclaiming the latest show information.
- Inviting overseas media as cooperation partner
- Expand & enhance the quality and quantity of overseas media.
- Reports by Chinaexperts regarding the latest geological status and technology introductionwill be published on overseas magazines in the name of Secretariat of organizing committee.
- Publish CHINA GEOTECH 2006 review and post-show report
- Email the show preview information to registered visitors and undertake marketing research. Direct mail to the registered visitors with related show information and admission tickets.
- Contact with overseas agents, research associations and related geological survey for show promotion purpose.
- Keep the cooperation relationship with the existing China’s media and publish relative show information, advertisements and other information periodically.
- Upgrading the function of the website.
- Invite the public media to conclude promotional report on the importance, significant and the social status of geological field nowadays; press of special reports of expertise and academician in one month before the exhibition date.
- Cooperate with other exhibitions-distribute exhibition and forum information in other related events, exchange exhibition directory advertisement, friendly link with other event websites to attract wide range of visitors and delegates.
- Distribute of forum timetable, speaker’s introduction and content of forum reportthrough various advertising channels.
- Outdoor Advertisement in the exhibition and forum venue from end of October
- Collect and analysis related market and event information to well prepare and strategically plan for the 2008 event.
