China Geo-tech 2006 was presented by 107 companies from ten countries, including industry leaders such as Laurel, Thermo Electron Corp and Leica Microsystems Ltd.Organizer, China Geological Survey, along with its subordinate units, and China Geo-Equipment Corp also participated at the event.

China Geo-tech 2007, scheduled to be held during November 20-22, 2007, is promoted to be a premier event, acting as an exchange platform for the global and Chinese geological community, focusing on the advancement of China’s geological science and technology.Exhibitors from home and abroad will demonstrate their latest innovations in geological instruments, machinery and solutions. Based on the foundation laid by the inaugural event last year, China Geo-tech 2007 is promised to be an even bigger and better show.

China Geological Survey and Shanghai Association for Science and Technology (SAST) will continue to organize the 2^nd China (Shanghai) International Forum on Geological Science & Technology. This year, even more contents to be brought by government, industry experts and academic leaders will be added the event, which proved to be highly popular in 2006.
